If you are doing Keto or have been interested in Keto; this is the episode for you!! In this episode, I talk about my week of Keto dinners. I talk about the price of Keto, the meal prepping organization and whether or not I felt like it was a good fit for me. I don't touch on the science behind it because if you're interested in it, I am sure you already know about it! Although, this is a shorter episode, I think it can be a great example of why we shouldn't just jump into diets and new lifestyles. I talk about how it actually stressed me out thinking that for a week I couldn't have pasta or rice for any meal. That is why I cut it down to just dinners, and it made me feel so much better! If you're looking for a new lifestyle, remember it's not wrong to start off small and build your way up! Nothing wrong with it at all!!
