This week I completed one week of no negative self talk. In this episode you will learn about the consequences of talking and thinking negatively. Let me tell you, it is eye-opening how much it could affect our brains! I challenge you guys to take on this journey so we can grow to be nicer to ourselves. I mean, we have to be our own cheerleaders in life and how can we do that if we're talking badly about ourselves?!
