In this episode, which I'm so very excited about; I talk about training like a Coastie. I found this amazing pre-bootcamp workout plan that is 3 months long, but I only completed 1 month of it. In the future, I might try to do all 3 months!!
I will be leaving links to the warm up, cool down, and the main page of the workouts. Remember if you are just starting this workout plan, start with month 03, then go to month 02, then month 01. It is a GREAT plan and you can stick to it or tweak some things to make it your own.
