Hello my Quarantini's !! 

How are we doing today ?!!! Today, we're going to talk about how I gave up coffee for 7 days. It was a LONG week, let me tell you.  We talk about why I would even want to do such a crazy thing, we get into some coffee statistics, the pros and cons of caffeine,  and lastly I read from this week's diary entries.  The diary entries are day to day comments I jot down about how I feel while doing this challenge along with major differences I see from giving up coffee,  The differences are WILD honestly.... I couldn't believe the way my body got affected by giving up coffee.

So, let's get into it !! And sweet baby sunshine, I can't wait to have my cup of coffee tomorrow morning! It's going to be GREAT!!
