One week of bedtime yoga was the challenge for this week !!! Although it seems like an easy challenge, changing your bedtime/nighttime routine is harder than it sounds!
In this episode, I talk about the PROs and benefits of bedtime yoga along with the very minor CON of it. Then I mention tips to change our nighttime routine so we can incorporate our bedtime yoga !!
