Hello QC Fam - 

In this episode, I talk about how I'm taking a break from workout challenges. It's going to be tough for me, but at the same time very needed. I got to a spot in my life where I'm confident with how I look, and I don't want to lose the work I put in. At the same time, I don't want to have an unhealthy relationship with working out. November and December will be focused on resting my body and not doing any high impact high intensity workouts. I want to still incorporate moving in some way, because moving your body is amazing for you. I will still include light walking and yoga into my daily routine.

I'll be letting you know more details about this "resting challenge" once I have figured them out, but I wanted to update you guys :).
