Hello QC Fam !! 

It's no secret I recently fell off the slopes.. fell off the challenge bandwagon .. So instead of hiding from that; I decided to make this episode.  I created some tips to get back on the bandwagon.  If anyone out there feels the same way I do, this episode is for you! Whether you feel like you fell off the bandwagon from working out, eating healthy or even hobbies!! Listen, we're human.  Sometimes we fall off the bandwagon, but when you're ready to go back on; I hope this episode and my tips will help you get there!

We also talk about staying motivated during winter months. Winter is NO joke. It gets dark at 4:00 PM, it's cold outside, it's cold inside. I'd rather be in my flannel PJs all day, watching Hallmark movies with a glass of wine than work out.  So, how do we do it?! How do we stay motivated to work out in the winter months?!!
