HAPPY HOLIDAYS QC FAM!!!

This past week I completed a 7 day booty band workout. I used videos from Caroline Girvan on Youtube that were specifically for booty band workouts.  She has a couple of videos ranging from 8 minutes - 30 minutes for booty band workouts. Definitely check out her videos if you want to try this booty band challenge!
