This week's challenge was to take a moment to myself and practice meditating and deep breathing. We go over what meditation and deep breathing are, how to practice, and what the benefits are.
Although, I didn't see major differences with my emotions, I did learn something new. I use the phrase "adding to my toolbox" because I feel as though deep breathing and meditating are practices you can use throughout your day. If you notice yourself feeling stressed out at any point of the day you can do different breathing techniques to help you destress.
It was quite the week though. I did feel calm and felt like I had more control over stressful situations. Therefore, I would recommend you guys to look into meditation and deep breathing.
