Hello QC Fam !! 

In this challenge episode, I talk about my yoga journey over the past 30 days! I talk about Yoga with Adriene and what to expect if you decide to do this journey as well. This is all the things and points I would've liked to be told if this was the first time going on a yoga mat.  Yoga is so yummy and beneficial for us to practice daily or weekly or even monthly; that I really hope this inspires you guys to hop on a mat and try yoga out. Although, I don't go over the benefits of yoga in this episode, feel free to listen to episode 3 and 13 to find out why yoga is SO AMAZING for our souls and body and brain and everything.
