WELCOME BACK ! 

It's been a minute aka like 3 months since I recorded the last episode. Honestly a bunch of shit happened and I feel like I'm finally ready to record again. I wanted to keep this episode semi-short and talk about some tips that I learned so far from marathon training. This is for anyone who has wanted to do a race whether it is a 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon! I hope you find these tips helpful! It was nice getting back on the microphone. 

I have to go get ready for tomorrow's 10 miles, but I hope everyone is feeling loved and taking care of themselves. 

I might have to rename this podcast and get a new logo too. :O !?
