Have you ever thought, hey maybe I should wake up at 4:30 AM and take on the day!!! No? Me either, honestly. I was listening to Jocko's Podcast one day, and he is SO motivational. He will get you to do anything...even wake up at 4:30am.
SO, this week's challenge was to wake up at 4:30 Monday through Friday. Was I successful? Did I fail ?! .... You'll have to listen to find out.
