On this episode of the Infinite Talks Podcast, I talk about how Toxic Stress impacts the brain, how it impacts a child's future as when they don't have the right intervention, they will have a poor quality of life when it comes to learning, poor overall health, become a statistic of the prison system, and probably continue with risky behaviors like addiction.
I also talk about how we can provide interventions for children that have been through adversity and toxic stress. This episode has so much information and some personal experiences that I've been through with the children that we serve in our community.
