Description

Have you ever been in a place of deep grief that caused you not even to eat or drink? Or maybe you have been in season a where you have prayed for God to do something for such a long time and it seemed as if He would never come through.

This is what we will see in Hannah's story in 1 Samuel 1. She was a woman who was persistent in prayer, called herself a ''servant'' of the Lord, and through just a bit of her story, we see how there was brokenness inside of her that God changed into something beautiful. Through Hannah's story, we will see how her Heavenly Father would show her the greater purpose behind her grief and the power of her persistent prayer.

So grab your Bible, turn to 1 Samuel 1, and dive in right alongside me as we go verse by verse. Whether this is your first time hearing the story of Hannah or you've heard it so many times, let's have an open heart to what God has to teach us through Hannah's story.
