Before diving headlong into the Scriptures looking for the Holy Spirit, it is helpful to lay out a few principles that will guide our study. Some of these are just rules of sound Bible study. Some are an acknowledgment of our own study methods and assumptions as we approach the study of the Holy Spirit.
