Nearly everyone can think of someone who is their boss and someone for whom we are the boss. Whether it's paid work teams, volunteer teams or even the home - we can become a better boss! Being a boss doesn't mean you have to know it all and get it right every time. But probably more along the lines of serving your people - helping to make life easier for them as you, together, rise to the challenge of doing excellent stuff!
