Lord, keep us from bitterness. Others seem to have fewer problems, more money and fewer problems. We envy the ease of their lives and resent the weight of our problems. We have judged them and doing so, have turned the judgement on ourselves. Forgive us, Father. We will let go of the lies that tell us we're losing what we do not yet have and that You don't care. We will trust in only You.
