There's an interesting scripture within today's meditation. As we consider what it means to be holy, we are continually reminded that we ARE because God has united with Christ (past tense) who IS holy (present tense). Colossians 3:12 reminds us since God chose you to be holy people, we must clothe ourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. What beautiful garments to wear in this world that is desparate for mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
