I've spent almost 12 years studying wellness. Trust me, I've come across some wonderful things and life-changing information. My life is definitely not the same as it was when I started and I praise God for His grace in this journey. But I've also discovered a few myths and false belief systems around wellness that did not serve me at all.

I give us all a few practical ways to really approach our wellness and life goals while encouraging us in a few areas we tend to neglect.
