For the month of May 2020, Challenge Yo Self is tackling Women in Leadership with a series entitled “Winning Women: Living Life on Purpose”. It’s time to shift the mindset of what it means to be a leader by sharing stories, shifting expectations, and discussing what it means to win, past and present.
Utilizing proven, practical strategies coupled with biblical principles, Tammi helps Christian women in healthcare professions confront and heal secret emotional wounds, so they won’t show up in other areas of their lives. Tammi founded TK Wellness Solutions, an agency dedicated to empowering Christian women in healthcare to take care of their OWN emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Throughout the span of over a decade, Tammi has gained extensive experience in the area of mental health, holding key clinical roles in various healthcare settings. No matter what venture she takes on, giving back to her community is at the heart of everything she does. Tammi gives back to her community by serving in her church, providing music therapy at Metro-Atlanta nursing homes, donating to charities, and volunteering her time at local medical facilities. Her resilience, compassion, and commitment to the growth of others have all earned her the reputation as a service-centered leader.
