He is also a specialist food and drinks writer for CLASS; a magazine all about the UK bar industry (https://www.classbarmag.co.uk) and Lunchquest; a blog on eating out in Scotland, which he started up with his friend back in 2011 (and even features a post on cheapshot!), and with it won the 2016 Food Blogger of the Year award (http://lunchquest.co.uk). He’s also a well-respected regular at Lucky Liquor, a cocktail bar in Edinburgh (https://www.instagram.com/luckyliquorco/?hl=en) - so much so that he helped come up with the #luckyhushhour idea...
