Hey there! You've made it to Episode 7 of "cheaptalk"! In this episode I chat to Lucy, one of my most caring customers with the most beautiful Frank Green! We talk about the importance of education and awareness of queer issues, and I urge all listeners to educate themselves on how an intersectional approach is integral to eradicating racism and supporting Black lives. LGBTQ+ Black people are at higher risks of discrimination and violence both out with and within queer communities (https://www.stonewall.org.uk/news/racism-rife-lgbt-community-stonewall-research-reveals). Furthermore, while I created this podcast primarily to entertain, it was also with the intent to highlight and open up the floor to conversation topics such as these.
