On this episode I got to experience what it is like cooking barbecue for a living (it's really a passion for them). I sat down with Carlos & his cousin Eric and we talked where the passion really came from, and how they got into the restaurant business doing what they love. Carlos touched on an incredible story where he fought Covid almost to near death. Finally we then got into how to put time away for the family and not letting a job take over your life. Enjoy :)
