T. Marie King is passionate about racial healing, empowerment, the arts and building a better global community. Currently, King is an activist and trainer dedicated to creating a more just world where everyone can thrive when they learn to become a custodian of their thinking. King’s goal is to leave the world better than she received it by promoting positive and authentic relations across difference. King travels leading seminars on understanding bias, healing and reconciliation, and community engagement. King has spoken to over 100 groups and organizations touching youth, college students and adults.King is a native of Birmingham, Alabama, holds a B.A. in Urban and Global Economic Development from Beulah Heights University and Masters’ degrees in Leadership and Divinity from Luther Rice University.
