Why do I not have the fear of the Lord when it comes to leaders?

1. Leaders are worthy of honor
a. Not because of their skill, knowledge or ability
b. Not because they make decisions to your liking
c. Not even because of their character
2. Leaders are worthy of prayers
As prayers are lifted up for leaders in every office, position and place things will change. First of all, your heart will change towards them. That one way that God will heal the wounds of a nation.
Most importantly as you pray for & honor leaders:
a. it changes you (still does not mean you will agree 100%)
b. it allows you to see change is possible
c. it allows you to see others as God see them
d. ULTIMATE GOAL: being able to point, lead and disciple others to Jesus Christ (1 Timothy 2:4)
