This episode is an introduction to the two other guys who are going to be participating in the baseball challenge with me. Charlie, Colin and I all play baseball. Think of a combine for football, but in baseball terms it is called a showcase. We are getting numbers in different categories. And in a span of two months following the same workouts. After two months see how our numbers hopefully grow in that time frame. This is an introduction to their lives. This will be a fun series!
