I'd known about Jerris "Mogul" Madison years before I ever had the pleasure of connecting with him. I'd admired his photography from afar back in the days (circa 2008) when I'd see his beautiful images posted on his Myspace page. Later, I watched as he grew his independent lifestyle, fashion and culture mag, OBVIOUS, into a major international success. He seemed to be on a non-stop, self driven, power ride to iconic lifestyle guru-dom then out of nowhere, a cancer diagnosis and subsequent leg amputation paused, but hasn't stopped, the trajectory.
