- When you try to get through hard times, and go through transitions you can always self coach, begin noticing everything about yourself. And at first, you'll judge the hell out of yourself, then learn to remove the judgment. Just noticing is a win.
- No relationship is like coaching because of the context - it exists to hold a space where you explore all the stories, all the narratives, everything that you're telling yourself all day long. We have 60,000 thoughts, not all unique, so we're just on loop. But the coach comes in and says, Hey, wait, that thing you just said there? Let's look at that. Then from there deciding to move forward powerfully.
- We use our brains to find ways to bring the true soul energy that we are into the world, we use our brains to find ways and behaviors and things that will get us the things we want in the world, and produce results we want to see. We use our brains to come up with the steps, but there is the essence of what we want as a human being and there is what we are here to do as a human being. And our brains have nothing to do with that.
- To be alive is powerful, such a true gift, and not only is living it a gift to you, but the way you live is also your gift to the world.
- Those of us who are here now were called to love before we became human, we signed up and said "yes, I will go and I will look for love and I will find it in a crazy world. And not only will I find it, but I will BE it."
