I know many will be appalled at my use of "spiritual" and "shit" in the same sentence, let alone the TITLE of this episode. That's the point...spirituality is less of a rule book, and more an experience we humans get to have. So try and let go of your preconceptions and what you think you "know" about spirituality - and from that openness, discover what you're truly longing to experience spiritually.
