台灣的泰國料理有伊特殊的歷史。上早是雲南、緬甸移民紮來的料理，連「瓦城」這個名嘛有伊的由來！後來閣有緬甸華僑、泰國新住民對無仝所在紮來的煮食文化做伙變做台灣式的泰國料理。這集做伙來了解台灣泰國菜，伊背後的歷史佮演變。

Thai cuisine in Taiwan has its own unique history. It began with dishes brought over by immigrants from Yunnan and Burma; even the name " Wa-cheng/Mandalay " has its own origin story! Later, with the arrival of Burmese Overseas Chinese and new Thai residents bringing culinary cultures from various regions, these influences merged to evolve into what we now know as Taiwanese-style Thai cuisine.
