After the informational section that kicks off Episode 8, we opened the show up with a bit more of our co-host, Don Gould. As usual, he did not dissapoint. The guys and I touched on a wide variety of subjects today including what happened on this date in history, as well as some related sports experiences. As a Philly boy, I talked about my first visit to Monument Park at Yankee Stadium. Donny told a story about Yankee great Phil Rizutto and Jeff told a great story about Zack Johnson, while in the middle of his last round of the 2019 Masters, he asked his caddie to stream Tiger's final round on his phone so he could watch, while Zack finished up his round. While I can't be certain that it might be some sort of USGA or PGA rules violation, I think it really underscores the kind of respect and appreciation that the tour players have for Tiger.
