Allie Gregory is currently a Team Relations Specialist for Team Travel Source. After her distinguished volleyball career at the University of Florida, she went on completing a year as a graduate assistant coach for the Troy Trojans of the Sun Belt Conference.
Gregory was part of three SEC championship teams (2016, 2017, 2019) and one national runner-up team (2017) during her time as a Gator.
In this episode, we talk about her time competing as a Florida Gator volleyball player at the Division I level. We also discuss her decision to pursue a master’s degree. Lastly, we speak about the importance of mental health in sports.
