Sam Fischer is the Stadium Experience Manager for the Tennessee Titans. She has extensive knowledge of operations across Minor League Baseball and Major League Baseball before joining the Titans in September of 2021. In this episode, we discuss some of Sam’s best memories attending sporting events as a kid. Also, we talk about how the Titans are implementing new technologies to help reduce wait time when entering the gates. Lastly, we chat about how the operations team prepares for all events held at Nissan Stadium.
