Let's Talk About: Health and Care with Heather Howard

Heather Howard is a Lecturer in Public Affairs at the Woodrow Wilson School and a faculty affiliate of the Center for Health and Wellbeing. She also serves as director of State Health and Value Strategies, a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-funded program that provides technical assistance to support state efforts to enhance the value of health care by improving population health and reforming the delivery of health care services. Her courses have touched on topics from the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, state and local health policy, public health and politics, and the social determinants of health.
