After last night I absolutely had to talk about how important it is to surround yourself with a solid team. We nearly hit the 1k mark for member of the Legion, and I couldn't be more excited and humbled by the support and love we've seen from the Mixer community. But it's worth noting that this would NOT have been possible without the strong support from my team, my Mod Squad.
Finding people who align with your vision and purpose for your broadcast is extremely important, even as a small broadcaster, because those are the folks who will be with you in the trenches, day in and day out, making sure your chat stays informed, aligns with your purpose and values, and ultimately helps you entertain and enrich the lives of your viewers to the best of your ability. The value they bring to the table rivals your own, so make sure you appreciate them and make sure you surround yourself with them. God Bless!
