I can't stress this enough. So many folks that create content on other platforms, are making their way to Mixer. And there are folks that are challenged by this, and folks that are supportive of this. Those that are challenged are "fearful" that these new folks on the platform are going to "take away" viewers from them. While viewers may shift their focus, if you are focused on what's important, that won't happen.
Professor Broman has talked about this on his #AskBroman podcast many times, and I wholeheartedly agree with him. We, as broadcasters, need to take this opportunity to welcome other content creators to our platform with open arms, because at the end of the day, if you want your community to grow, you have to do two things. 1) Make friends (see the nasty term networking) and 2) Support those friends in their endeavors, regardless of where they are. Support your fellow content creators, there are benefits to you both if you do. See you soon friends, God Bless!
