In this episode I am chatting to Beth Collier who is a Creativity, & Leadership Consultant. Beth works with clients to improve their communication, creativity, and leadership skills, which then improves their performance, relationships, and lives. After spending 15 years in the corporate world in New Zealand, Beth transferred her skills acquired in the creative industries to help leaders be more creative and help their teams to do so too. With a flair for linking pop culture to Leadership lessons Beth and I had a great conversation about how best to bring more creativity into the world.
