And the Lions are batting .500 for the first time since week 2! The first time in December since 2017. The Lions (7-7) have won 6 of the last 7. And in this one they played a scrappy, nervous, tight game. It took a 4th and inches from Brock Wright, but they got over the line against a plucky New York Jets side and a Zach Wilson who mixed big deep throws against struggling DBs and really poor throws against pressure into coverage. It was gritty, and Greg (the Leg) Zuerlein did have a kick from 58 to tie it up, but ultimately the Lions have gone 3-0 in their "6-game season" in their search for the playoffs.
This one was ugly, but they continue marching on. 1-0 x 3 to go.
