Tools and equipments save a lot of time and labour in the field of agriculture. To give a picture of the farm innovations a clubhouse event was conducted on 19 September 2021 at 5 PM IST involving innovators from Karnataka. Initial costs on tools can be recovered by using them effectively. Understanding the usefulness is possible by attending demonstrations as well as obtaining feedback from users.
Due to lack of funding and personal limitations of capacity of capital investment, most of the farm innovators get setbacks. Proper encouragements for innovators and users is necessary.
PM-DBT scheme and funding for start-ups provide encouraging environment for small tools and equipment sector.
More than hundred farmers and innovators as well as agro-service professionals participated in the programme.
