In Season 2 of episode 5 of Inside The Labyrinth podcast, Jay and I had the privilege of speaking with and learning from Cory Gregory. This episode meant a lot to me because back in 2012 when I was training for College football, Cory was one of the main guys I looked up to. There was an app called "8 Tracks" which would play random music, or I would play motivational talks that Cory was featured in. Cory was a huge part of my journey for 8 years and still is today. Cory speaks about how he grinded his way through life from growing up with little money, to working in a coal mine, to breaking powerlifting records, becoming a pro bodybuilder, and much more. This episode spoke volume from the start. If you are looking to make yourself better in the fitness and business world, this episode is for you. If you need to get out of your own head, this episode is for you. If you want to hear from a man who went from living in a small trailer to owning his own successful business...this episode is for you. Jay and I want to thank you for WAKING OUR ASSES UP and for taking your time to drop knowledge and laughs with us. LUNGE UNIVERSITY!

"From coal miner to cover model, you say? Cory Gregory was built from a foundation of grit and willpower to make his life something special. Sharp as a tack in areas of training and nutrition, Cory breathes, eats, and sleeps the iron lifestyle. Since opening his first training studio at the age of 20, Cory has gone on to open The Old School Gym with Dustin Myers, a childhood mate. Mr. Gregory is the "who's who" of the fitness industry: double-digit cover model, elite powerlifter, professional bodybuilder, and did we mention he squats every day? This man is on the up and up!"
