He has appeared in many magazines and writes for Muscular Development, Flex Magazine and Power Magazine.Stan is also a successful Entrepreneur having built three different start-up businesses into multi-million dollar companies."

In this episode we talk about how 10 minute walks can change your life, the vertical diet and how eating has a big impact on the mind, body, and soul. Stan also discuses some workouts to complete if you only have 30-45 minutes to workout a day.
