In season 3 of episode 3 of Inside The Labyrinth Podcast, Jay and I had the privilege of having NYPD Officer Jess on our show. Jess opens up about how she was an introvert in High School and the journey she took to where she is today. Not only is Jess an Officer but Jess has been riding horses her whole life and is part of the NYPD Mounted unit. Jess also competes in the NPC which are Bikini show competitions. Jess is the perfect example of someone who takes care of herself physically, mentally and spiritually. Jess is a prepared role model for the NYPD. We say prepared because she prepares her food, knows what work outs shes doing for her training (In season and off season) has goals, and accomplishes them! If you are a first responder and thinking how can someone balance all of this out? Well this is for you. If you are thinking about being a Cop and especially with the NYPD this is for you!
