Craig is a veteran LEO and a huge role model to other officers and his community. Craig opens up on why he became a LEO, why he is so involved in the community and why he trains physically everyday. Craig is also a purple belt in BJJ and posts videos on social media for other LEOS to learn. We spoke about how BJJ is for restraint and to use your opponents energy against themselves. Training for physical fitness should be a priority in every first responders life and Craig is a perfect example of following what fits for your lifestyle! @reps_for_responders @craighanaumi @inside_the_lab_podcast https://repsforresponders.org YouTube: Reps For Responders ======================================================================================================== "Craig is no stranger to providing service for the community. After obtaining a degree in psychology, he began working to help children with autism in local schools and group homes, and getting involved with his local YMCA. It was that desire to help others that led him to a career devoted to outreach on an even larger scale. Now, he's hoping that such efforts will have the power to one day alleviate the strained relationships between police officers and their community. Speaking about the many incidents of police brutality that have created a landscape of tension and violence in recent years, Craig is hoping that more positive stories like his are highlighted in the media."
