The Bible is absolutely full of poetry. The Psalter, in particular, seeks to shape our faith through poetry and verse. Considering how to best to read poetry and understanding it as a literary genre will help us. This week we will hear a portion of one of Phil's favorite Psalms, number 85, and Sara will share a poem from Mary Oliver. In addition, we will talk about the ways poetic imagery helps expand our view of the world, and of course, our faith.
