Delaney manages the College Recruiting Program at Nox Group, a Phoenix-based family of construction companies that includes Corbins, RMCI, Nox Innovations, and Construction Labels. In her role, she focuses on college recruiting and early career development, helping students launch their careers in construction operations, safety, and virtual design.
Delaney is passionate about connecting people to meaningful opportunities and showcasing how technology and innovation are transforming the construction industry. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and focusing on personal growth.
