Rob Moore, Executive Chairman and Co-owner of Big-D Companies, has helped transform the firm into one of the largest and most respected builders in the Western United States. Since joining in 1976, he has played a key role in Big-D’s expansion to 16 offices across nine states, overseeing its rise in national prominence. His tenure includes leadership as CEO from 2018 to 2021 and previously as President and COO. Under Moore’s guidance, the company has earned high rankings on Engineering News Record’s Top 100 and Top 400 lists, been named 2021 Contractor of the Year in the Mountain States and received ongoing recognition for Best of State in Commercial Construction and Top Workplaces in Utah.
