In this second CTTC Overtime Session, Korey Harris will share his processes and philosophies on player development, which are as follows:

• Gather available films of the player and collaborate with the player and with people involve in this player’s development
• Create evaluation videos of the player and use drills that build the player’s foundation
• Use concepts and drills to challenge a player’s decision making ability
• And more!

These may be common knowledge, but know that CONSISTENCY is the key here as a player development coach.
