Description

Lockie Ferguson is a New Zealand fast bowler, representing the Blackcaps since 2016. With a blistering pace upwards of 150km, he has torn through some of the best batting defences in the world.

In this podcast, we talked about his rise to the national side, including how he managed his ability to bowl quick consistently. We chatted about his experience in the 2019 Cricket World Cup, which saw him claim second spot on the leading wicket takers tally, and named in the team of the tournament. We also dived into  his IPL stint with the Kolkata Knight Riders playing under NZ Cricket legend Brendon McCullum, the lessons he learnt from both him and the world class players around him.

Lockie and his brother also recently developed an app called ‘’MachineRoad’. This app was designed to improve pace and bowling ability with real life speed and ball tracking. With state of the art technology this app has been helping cricketers all around the world, with some pretty remarkable success stories.

Whether you are into cricket or not, I know you will enjoy these yarns.
