The Chief Medical Officer, Dr John Lee, reports a further 494 COVID-19 tests which have been completed over the last 24 hours, all of which are negative.

The Cayman Islands has had no new positive COVID-19 cases requiring clinical management since 27th April. 

Members of the Official Opposition today walked out of the Legislative Assembly meeting because they were not allowed to raise motions and and ask questions.  Government decided to only discuss amendments to several bills required ahead of the upcoming  Caribbean Financial Action Taskforce inspection.

150 people from public and private sector along with regional and international observers participated Cayman's annual initiative to test it's emergency preparedness systems in advance of hurricane season.  This year - Covid 19 has raised question about a variety of subjects from shelters and social distancing to quarantine measures and training for incoming relief efforts.
