Today is Monday, December 30, 2019 and here is your Daily Devo.
We need to be mindful that the kingdoms of earth are passing away. And though it is tempting to anchor our hearts to whichever political group might be useful, it is important to remember that our real citizenship is not of this world. No matter who ruled the ancient world, God was busy behind the scenes building His kingdom. Likewise, regardless of who occupies political power today, the Lord is preparing a place for us to exercise dominion with Him. The moment Christ redeems us out of sinβs bondage He guarantees us a place in His family and a role in the age to come.
